As usual, it's time to a salary raise annually. To most of the office workers in our company, if you miss the only opportunity of a raise in salary, you will be waiting for the next year. After all, the salary increased only once a year, just because of this we all concern that what percentage will be increased for this year. There are not any surprise because, there are only the range of 4%-6% for this year. Even it less than last year's level of 6%-8%, so it seems a little bit depressed to people whose they are predicted averagely 10% increased. Actually, the imagination of 10% increased based on company did a good performance last year, as a matter of fact, keeping the 10% increased for any company was an extremely challenge, don't be mentioned our company, which no more than two hundred staff. So I never imagine what exact I could get.

Anyway, no matter how many illusions we are, the actual proportion will show the pay day of next month. What's more, we will sign off a copy of notice before rising. So the next will do just wait and see.
